30 individuals braved a cold stiff wind and a grey sky morning with rain on the horizon to attend Lake Norman's first T'ai Chi and Chi Gong Day. Demonstration began at 9:00 with several participants demonstrating Wu, Chen and Yang style T'ai chi. Mass Chi gong took place at 10:00am after which wwe broke off into seperate groups to learn more of the different styles. The rain held off until 10:45am, we were all on our way home by then.
