Dr. Joseph Moo Shong Woo (Mestre Woo), 75, has been working daily as a volunteer for more than 32 years, at the Plaza of Universal Harmony in Brasilia, with people of all ages, races, religions, beliefs and social strata who wish to learn and practice Tai Chi Chuan, therapeutic Chi Kung, meditation, solar energization, prayer and harmonization.

At the “Plaza of Universal Harmony” (EQN 104/105), we have the privilege of practicing Tai Chi and Chi Kung every day, without charge, from 6:00 to 7:00 a.m., as well as from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. (except Sunday), under the orientation of Dr. Woo. When it rains, the sessions are held in a nearby public school, the Centro de Ensino Fundamental of Northern Superblock 104. As for the plaza, it is a venue not only for physical exercise, but also for mental and spiritual growth; it aims to promote universality and the brotherhood of all.
