About our School (continued): ...rent goal in mind. Breathing, Digestion, Balance and coordination, and Orientation. I also use Sanchin Kata as breathing exercise. I do not hold any degree in Tai Chi for the instructors I worked with did not give any. I hold a 4th degree black belt in Yoshukai Karate and 2nd degree Black Belt in Nihon Ju Jutsu. Classes : Tuesday and Thursday 7:30 to 8:30 am at Westgate recreation center Thursday 6:00 to 7:30 pm at the Yoshukai Karate Dojo
