Considering External and Internal Hygiene
Tai Chi has very few external hygiene rules, including not wearing perfumes, etc. that might impede the full breathing participants in class strive for.
But also internally, it is good to prepare yourself mentally and emotionally by letting go of some myths about yourself and exercise.
