Dr. CJ Rhoads is a profoundly accomplished educator on many levels, but her
bringing her expertise regarding websites has literally saved this global
phenomenon we call World Tai Chi & Qigong Day, by providing us with security
to avoid debilitating hacks into our voluminous website WorldTaiChiDay.org
which serves as the organizing hub of this massive global event. CJ also has
tackled rebuilding our Events/Schools Directory which had connected over
one-million of our viewers/readers to local Tai Chi and Qigong schools and
organizers in their local areas worldwide. Without CJs expertise and vision
this new directory would not have been possible. The global tai chi and
qigong family cannot bow deeply enough to recognize the value of CJs vision
of a clearer, healthier planet via the spread of Tai Chi & Qigong and
mind-body practices worldwide and how it saved this site/event.
Dr. Rhoads is the founder and CEO of HPL Consortium, Inc. developing
technology tools to help people connect toward health, prosperity, and
leadership. She is also the managing director of its non-profit arm, HPL
501c3 Institute, which has 25 programs promoting health, prosperity, and/or
leadership, some with international scope – many of which are Taiji-based.
She speaks and writes about entrepreneurship, business strategy, leadership
development, information technology and the economics of healthcare and
integrative health practices. She’s
also a Professor in the College of Business at Kutztown University, an avid
researcher, and book author.
In 2009 she was honored as one of Pennsylvania's
Best 50 Women in Business,
in 2011 she received the Athena
Leadership award,
in 2013 was named one of Most
Influential Women in Lehigh Valley Business,
and in 2014 was named Top
Researcher of the Year.
