Uniting the World Tai Chi & Qigong Family into a Healing Force Worldwide
Dear Tai Chi & Qigong teachers and associations, it is time to come together. Our global society needs our skills.
Today the world is changing faster than it has ever changed
in the history of the planet. Humanity is being rattled
apart from this bone-jarring speed of change, as evidenced by
the stress epidemic causing between 70 and 85% of all illness.
Stressed people make poor short term decisions about long term
realities. Humanity needs a lifeline to the future that will
enable them to handle the stress of increasingly rapid change in
a way that provides them the clarity to make good decisions.
Tai Chi & Qigong (Chi Kung), developed and refined over many centuries of research in China and now throughout the world, offers some profound benefits to humanity at this critical time in history. However our health media has done a limited and often poor job informing the mass population of the benefits Tai Chi & Qigong offer them. Therefore, it is important that those of us who've been fortunate enough to discover and experience the benefits, . . .come together to inform the rest of humanity of them.
It is this desire for global health and healing that has brought people worldwide together to create World Tai Chi & Qigong Day. However, we've only just begun. There are still millions of Tai Chi & Qigong enthusiasts worldwide who are unaware of this global event. It is up to each person out there to reach out and contact and inform every Tai Chi & Qigong school, teacher, enthusiast, and organization in all the nations worldwide, and encourage them to get involved at www.worldtaichiday.org.
Tai Chi & Qigong teachers and schools are not competitors. There is no need to compete, because when the bulk of humanity understands the profound benefits Tai Chi & Qigong offer them, there will not be nearly enough teachers to fill the demand for Tai Chi & Qigong instruction worldwide.
If Tai Chi & Qigong teachers and schools can come together,
and work together, as the model of World Tai Chi &
Qigong Day has envisioned, we can change the world . . .for
the better . . . forever
. . . together.
